All Pickups:
15 minutes or less: no additional charge.
More than 15 minutes: $2 per minute of waiting time.
More than 60 minutes: ride cancellation without refund of the deposit.

Airport Pickup:
60 minutes or less: no additional fee.
More than 60 minutes: We reserve the right to reschedule the ride to accommodate you based on our availability, with a rescheduling fee of $120.
